At Blue Leaf Bathware & Tiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation; if your selection isn't perfect, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your tiles or bathware in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the return label to the exterior of the package and ship the items back to our central distribution center via a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the items are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
